Programs and Legislation

There are numerous regional and national green home labeling programs and legislation either already in effect or in development across the U.S. that support water conservation and quality.

WaterSense®

As a WaterSense partner, Delta Faucet Company is committed to working with the EPA to encourage efficient use of water resources and actively protect the future of our nation's water supply. All Delta lavatory faucets are WaterSense labeled. We also offer WaterSense labeled shower heads and hand showers that will coordinate with any faucet style, from traditional to contemporary, and any Delta bath collection.

USGBC/LEED®

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) developed the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System to provide a national standard for what constitutes a sustainable building. A total of 10 points are available for water efficiency for LEED-New Construction and Major Renovations. Delta Faucet Company is a member of the USGBC.
